Here are some older links and information about Nontraditional Student support. There may still be some clues here to help you find help and support at your school. Please pardon any links that no longer work. They will soon be deleted or fixed this year (2015).
The Indiana University of Pennsylvania has a Center for Student Success Nontraditional Students page here.
It features its NUSAT team page and the Nontraditional Students Association page there. Here is information from the Nontraditional Students Association page:
The Non-Traditional Students Association at IUP
"The mission of this organization is to promote the academic and social interests of non-traditional students by:
• Serving as an advocate to voice the concerns of non-traditional students to administration, faculty, and staff.
• Providing an atmosphere and activities in which non-traditional students of all majors can socialize.
• Encouraging non-traditional students to assist one another in finding resources for academic support and success.
Membership in this organization is open to all members of the IUP community. For more information on this organization, contact the president and/or advisor listed below.
(Go to this page and scroll down to see the contact emails - this cuts down on junk mail for them...)

They also have a Facebook page here.

Shippensburg University has an NTSO group. See their page here: Shippensburg University - Dean of Students - Nontraditional Student Organization. I like it that they have an NTSO Lounge and a contact person on the page too.
Here is a description of the group from their page: "The Nontraditional Student Organization (NTSO) is for adult students who are older than traditional freshmen, who have had a break in their formal learning experience and now are returning to the university or entering the university for the first time. Any undergraduate, full-time, part-time, or extended studies students registered at Shippensburg University can participate in this organization. The organization provides academic and social support for all nontraditional students."

Cal U, the California University of Pennsylvania, has a Commuter and Non-Traditioanl Student Services page, which explains about their Commuter Center and bus schedules.
