TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITY AT SAN MARCOS- Texas State at San
Marcos has a nontraditional student group called the Non-Traditional

ANGELO
STATE UNIVERSITY, ANGELO, TEXAS:Angelo
State has many opportunities and a lot of support for their
non-traditional students. Here
is one of their web pages on the school website. Angelo
State University has a page about Non-trads, a contact phone,
also articles online on the website telling about a special
Non-Trad student orientation and awards program. Their
Non-trad group hosted a nature hike in Spring of 2007. Click

for Affordable Childcare group, plus a non-traditional student
office there,along with a non-traditional student lounge. They
have a website that answers many questions about the groups and activities

McCLENNAN
COMMUNITY COLLEGE, WACO, TEXAS:McClennan
Community College in Waco, Texas has a new Nontraditional Student
web page that lists many activities. Activities listed include financial
aid seminars - - and even a scholarship for their group. See

This also just in: the I Am Going to College Site. This
site is of interest to nontrads with children. It was designed by an elementary school counselor.
Here is their description: "The website has a unique purpose... to put to rest the
debilitating myth that parents cannot afford college or higher
education for their K-12 children. No matter your income level
- the money is there."
